Get to the Point

The Gallery Cafe - Songtan
Pyeongtaek Coffee

This cup.
Do I need to say more?
Well, actually I do.

The space is small,
and it's personal.
The owner is an artist,
and his work is good,
really good.

Then there are the chairs and tables.
Well, just go there.
It's great.

If you you want to hold the most satisfying espresso of you life.
It's across from go to the main strip in front of Osan AFB.
Turn at the ugly ass gargoyles.
The cafe is in the ally across from Philadelphia Hoggies.
It's called something like Gallery Cafe.

Some places are a world
all of there own.
They swallow you up.

A view that puts you at rest.
This is one of those places.

Stunning interior.
A cup of joy.
Sibling chat
Sitting in Soho

sipping rich espresso,
watching light dance on the water,
laughing with my family -
I feel only happiness
for my abundant hobo life.

I Say Fancy, You Say Fency

Pyeongtaek Coffee

There are days when only
high backed chairs and rich textures will do.
Days when I wish I was in Russia with my family
sitting around the Christmas tree drinking hot cocoa
we've brought from the states just for the occasion.

On days like that,
I go to Jung Jin Won.
It wraps around me like a big comfy sweater.

When I'm sitting in their burgundy velvet chairs
thumbing through my thoughts,
I can't help but fall in love my crazy little Drama
just a little bit more.

Beans from all over the world. The Kona are "Extra Fency".
Bubble tea!!
The privacy for working is awesome.

5 out of 5 on the *hand heart* o'meter
If you want to get your Coffee,
Do this:
Step 1
Look out from AK Plaza.
Take the road that goes to the right of This phone shop.

Step 2
Turn right on the street before
system G.

Step 3
Take the HARD left at Mr. Pizza.
There are two lefts,
Turn BEFORE that red stand.

YOU ARE HERE
It's going to be on your left about half-way down the street.

Where's My Unicorn?

When you need a little sparkle.
Pyeongtaek Coffee

If coffee is a mother's love,
then Pomegranate Cider is
the glitter on your Trapper Keeper.

EDIT: These days the coffee shop is still cute,
but the management is not as friendly.
We no longer go here all that much.

The Black Bean Factory
4 out of 5 *hand hearts* I don't like all the smoking.
Step 1
Facing out from AK Plaza,
follow the road to the left of this shop.
Step 2
Just after McD's there is a Baskin Robbins,
take a left and walk  to the next intersection.
STOP!

Handcrafted

If my childhood was a cup of coffee,
It would look like this.

Excellent Priorities

The Coffee Prince didn't let me down.
Korea is in love with coffee.

They read my mind and my heart.
and they are adorable.
The stove is actually on and heating the pot.
with easy to read picture book menus.
For the record, I went with the cap and not the latte.
No matter the country
No matter the language
Coffee is always like a warm hug.
