The First Goodbye Is The Deepest

It was a day of long slow steps

that we will each remember

through unique filters

of time and experience.

Our paths now diverge 

and we fall away

with one long goodbye.

 

And this is why I don't like to say,

"Goodbye"

but instead,

"Until we meet again."

This week numerous tight, short items were purchased

and a decision was made.

See how short and tight one can dress

before they are sent home to change.

Trial One: A skin tight "dress" I though might be a long t-shirt.

Boss's Response:  "Wow, you look so beautiful!!!"

Once again he swept us off for a wild adventure

all hosted and planned by his former employer.

We went to a theme park, although I'm not sure the theme,

where we got to make things, ride things, shoot things.
